There are costs associated with the use of 10DLC SMS as a means of communication, including a one-time fee to register your brand and campaign(s) plus ongoing fees for the continued use of campaigns. These fees are charged by The Campaign Registry (TRC), Campaign Verify and the carriers. echo19 will pass these fees through with no surcharge. The fees associated with 10DLC will be deducted from the funds available on your echo19 account and will show up in your Account Activity report as 'Additional Charges'.
The fees break down as follows:

| One-time TRC Brand vetting Fee | $40 |
| One-time Campaign registration vetting Fee* | $15 |
| One-time Campaign Verify Vetting Fee (only required for political candidates** and valid through January 31, 2023) | $95 |
| Recurring TRC Campaign Fees (almost all political usage will be 10$/month). These will be billed for 3 months initially | $4 - $10 / month |
*This an industry-wide, mandatory review process for all new 10DLC campaigns. It is performed by the SMS/MMS aggregators and will come into effect from January 26th, 2023 onwards.
**Any candidate party PAC or other committee that is a 527 tax-exempt organization and registered with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) or a State Local or Tribal Election Authority.
