The Campaign Registry requires that all 10DLC Campaigns have a defined message flow for when when invividuals respond 'HELP' to the texting program.
This is an automatic text response a contact will receive if they text back the keyword 'HELP' on any 10DLC texting program.
The response message may include the Brand name and additional support contact information.
Example: “Example Brand: For help, email support@example.com. To opt-out, reply STOP”
