User types and permission levels

The platform supports federated structures with “parent” and “child” organizations. Our system allows creating different organizations, with the data being separate for each organization, and each organization could further create separate users, which could only have access to their own programs.

At the user level, the platform includes different permission levels. Here is a list of user types currently supported:

• Reseller Admin - Ability to manage all organizations under the reseller, as well as all users under those organizations
• Partner Admin - Ability to manage a single organization’s users, view all programs for that organization, view billing information
• Regular User - User can be restricted to different program types, as well as the ability to have all costs hidden from the user.
• Volunteer User / Sending Texts - These users are created on the fly when the user visits the url to start sending texts.
• Volunteer User / Replying to Messages - These users are created on the fly when the user visits the url to respond to texts.
